This is the grave of Major Theodore Gaillard Barker born on August 24, 1832 and died on May 31, 1917. He was a Major in the Confederate Army in the Civil War. Laid in rest in St. James in the Wilderness Episcopal Church Cemetery in Flat Rock, North Carolina.
